This is a great company. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. They were on time and set up our beds in great time and left the rooms clean and neat. We would use them again when we need to replace other beds in our home.
We were in a quandary about what type of mattress to purchase, we reviewed a lot of different mattresses on line and visited many stores. That just made us even more confused. When we arrived at All American Mattress the warm customer service as well as the great product line told us we were finally in the right place. I had been unable to get a good nights rest for years and as soon as I lay down on the Posh and Lavish mattress, I realized that I had finally found the right one. I love , love, love our split-head king sized mattress. The delivery, set up and removal of the old mattress was handled professionally, they even helped me make the bed :-). I have slept wonderfully ever since. Thank you so much Diana and team, this purchase has been well worth it!
When I met Derrick at the Cookeville Home in March 2025, I was not in the market for a massage chair. After sitting in the OHCO chair, I quickly fell in love with it. Needless to say, the next week I purchased this chair. We have a family of four and this chair gets used everyday by someone in the family. It has already saved us thousands of dollars because now we can get a massage in the comfort of our own home when we want. Derrick and his mom are truly great people and I would definitely purchase from them again.

My husband and I decided to make the drive from Nashville to Crossville to learn more about All American Mattress. We do not have a luxury mattress store in Middle Tennessee and all I can say is WOW! We were so impressed with the staff from the moment you walk into their store. They make you feel like family and educate you on their sleep systems. We were so grateful when they offered us FREE delivery to Nashville. We have been sleeping on our mattress now for about a month and as my husband said "there are no words for how comfortable this mattress is!" We use to sleep on a Hynos system so we are use to higher end systems, but their brand at All American Mattress is just a whole different level. If you have ANY back issues (I suffer from scoliosis and my husband has degenerative disc disease) I HIGHLY recommend you making the drive to Crossville. We waited to write our review until we’d had some time with our mattress. Now we can truly say it’s the best home purchase we’ve made! From the very first time we walked in the store to the day of delivery, everyone and everything has been first class. Really the best experience possible. Mom spent almost two and a half hours working with us to find just the right mattress. Delivery and set up crew was just fantastic working extra hard to meet the quirks of our headboard. Have been on the mattress for a month now and it has made all the difference in the world in terms of comfort, sleep and fantastic relief to my spinal stenosis. Wake up feeling pain free every morning. The quality of their products exceeds anything else we have ever owned by a side margin. A five star end to end experience.

As a disabled person it was very important to have a comfortable mattress but also to keep the total height down to the absolute lowest to minimize falling. Diana, understood this and was absolutely wonderful measuring each mattress and box spring then figuring the frame to get me to the lowest possible measurement. Derrick came out to set up my purchase and verify that everything was as exactly as I required, he was so accommodating. For once I sleep great, wake up refreshed and no longer worry about falling while getting out of bed. All American Mattress's expertise is second to none and I highly recommend them.

ALL AMERICAN MATTRESS ROCKS! Derrick was fantastic with helping me find the perfect queen size bed! The two gentlemen who came and delivered the mattress were very nice and friendly and even took my old box spring and mattress away and set up my new bed upstairs!
