I've never met a more honest, gracious, generous store owner and salesman than Derrick of All American Mattress in Crossville, TN.   For years I have been looking for a natural latex mattress (which doesn't outgas) and voila - this store opened down the street and carries them!  Derrick has been very patient and understanding working with me and after years of uncomfortable nights, now I am cozily sleeping.  Besides the best bed ever, I love my adjustable base too. We chose twin king mattresses, twin toppers and adjustable bed frames.\n\nDelivery was as promised. Derrick\u2019s brother, Dustin, and another helpful hand installed the adjustable frames and mattresses in our four-poster bed. It\u2019s refreshing to have a locally-owned mattress store in town that isn\u2019t all about sales, sales, sales. The owner, Derrick, was extremely easy to work with and genuine through our entire interaction. He\u2019s very proud of the brands they carry, some even made local to East TN. He\u2019s obviously been in the business for a while despite this location being new, and was easily able to help me find the right mattress for my comfort level and sleeping style while explaining how the build and technology will benefit me. The purchase was simple and easy, and I was able to get local delivery to help me get my new mattress upstairs, as I am disabled. The delivery was done by Derrick\u2019s brother, who was just as kind and helpful. You can tell this is truly a family affair and they are all dedicated to helping our community get better sleep.
